Directions for Tomorrow's Meet in Camdenton

I do not know exactly where the meet will be held in Camdenton. At this point I am simply guessing that it is at the Middle School where the boys played basketball. This may be wrong, but looking at the school campus map there is a track behind the school. I have sent an e-mail to Coach Jones and Coach Young asking if they have directions. We'll see if I get something tomorrow.

Anyway here is what I had from basketball.

Directions from basketball season to the gym (it appears there is a track behind the school):

Take Highway 54 south towards the Lake of the Ozarks. Go through the lake and continue to Camdenton. Camdenton is about 15-20 minutes past the lake. In Camdenton you will come to Highway 5. Take a left on Highway 5 and the school will be about a alf mile on your left. The middle school is behind the high school. Turn into the high school and go right around the high school and you will see the middle school.

Update 4/22/05: I received a response from both coaches.

Response from Coach Jones:

There are written directions in the coaches office at L&C. I will also give them to secretary's in the office. Camdenton is easy. Take Hwy. 54 into Camdenton to Hwy. 5 Junction. Turn left on 5 and go short distance to High School on left. Turn into the drive (it will be past the fenced in parking area) that takes you behind school to stadium and track. Gj

I just sent the fax. I do not know where yet for Waynesville. Hopefully I can get it for you by tonight at the meet or no later than Monday morning.

As the schools are all together I don't think you'll have a problem finding it.

I'll post the Waynesville info when I get it. I imagine it will actually be at the Waynesville Middle School (the old Waynesville High School) as the basketball and football games were.
