Pics from 4/14/05 Meet - LCMS vs. Jeff Jr., West Jr., and Southern Boone County

Steppin Up.

Steppin Down.

Photo finish.

Racing to the line.

You guys looked washed out.

Dude, what is he doing?

Handin it off.

Crossing the finish line.

Go!

Grab and Go.

Headed to the string.

Good thing she let go of the string.

It was him. He did it. (Not sure what he did though.)

Strategizing and talking about that cool blog site, you know the one, JCSports.blogspot.com.

Tearin up the track.

Where did all of these kids come from?

Another lap.

You can't say she is over the top.

Higher.

Get rid of that pole.

He was stuck on that pole for hours before someone came and got him down.

As the gust of wind came he held on to the pole as tightly as he could.

Headed up.

Headed down.

One.

Two.

Three. (The kid in the left corner.) How did he do that?

Lookin back.

Pull up, pull up. Mayday mayday.

Is that a herkie he's doin? (Commonly misspelled as herky or hurky. It is a cheerleading jump named after Lawrence "Herkie" Herkimer.)

Are they looking at me? Oh no, I accidentally turned on my black and white super power.

There that is better, but now what are they looking at.

Making ground.

It that an illegal hair flip?

These days even the boys can do a bit of a hair flip. Our kids must watch, "That 70's Show" to much.

Gymnast ought to have sand to land in. Seems like it might be a little softer.

Ready, Set,

Go.

If you post this picture on that blog you'll be hearing from my attorney.

Leanin in.

Coach, you know if they would have a padded track it would be much nicer for those doing hurdles. Just a thought.

Gettin a leg up.

Kickin back.

The hair flip may prove to be even more useful in the high jump.

I'll trade you a Winged Dragon of Ra for a Slifer the Sky Dragon. (When will they outgrow those Yugio cards?)

Jumpin Jumpin Jumpin

Almost there.

I was in the perfect spot for that finish line picture, but some other people got a bit excited about seeing the finish.

Yeah, let's get him to try the triple jump.

It is a bit hard to keep track of the kids in the invisible relay.

Time to put it all away until next time.
