In an effort to organize the parents of the Jay Freshman Football Team and to keep them informed of any Jay Football events, I plan to create an informational sheet to be handed out to each player family. I will be serving as the Freshman Representative for the Jay Football Booster Club for the 2005-2006 school year. I have enclosed an information card for you to complete and return to me as soon as possible, hopefully by July 30th. I would appreciate at least one email address that is read often for each family, so that I may create a group email list to forward any Jay Booster Football information and also any Freshman football information easily.
Even though I have already had the pleasure of meeting some of you in person and obtaining some of your contact information, I would still appreciate you completing the enclosed form and returning it to me. I'd like to extend an invitation for each Freshman player family to consider joining the Jay Football Booster Club for an annual amount of $10. I will have some more information for you ath the 9th Grade parent meeting during the first week of August about the Booster Club. However, you may send in your booster dues with the enclosed information card.
One major bit of information is for an upcoming event. Mom's Night Out is being held on August 2nd at the Premier Bank Annex. This event is for moms only and will have a presentation from the coaches and others about Jay Football. Refreshments are provided and it's an opportunity for the moms to meet some of the coaches and one another.
This is really a good time for the moms!
Teamwork does not only occur on the football field. We as parents play a vital role in the success of the Jay Football Program with our time and talents. I hope that you will consider becoming involved!
