Even though a majority have their address and phone number online whether they know it or not (BigBook, ZabaSearch, etc.), I am not posting the information from the contact list here.

Hello Freshman Football Parents!

Thanks so much for some of you sending in your contact information! I’ve attached a contact list for you to open and review, and hopefully print for future reference. Because of timing I’ve highlighted names with color background to create a phone tree for the start up of the football season. I can contact most of you through email and will continue to do so. However, some of the player’s families are not in our communication loop yet and need to have a way of getting in touch with them. I’m hoping that if you are included in a “color group” you will take the lead and call them with any info I might send to you. I’d also like for you to try to GET their contact information for me and just email it back to me to update the list. So be sure to open the document and see! Once we complete the whole list, we could most likely do away with a phone tree.

Kudos to you parents that signed up to work at the Red & Black Ice Cream Social and the Jamboree. We will need to continue with signing up parents to work the Varsity game concession stand. The second attachment is a list of the games and work times. I’d prefer to have parents email me back with dates and times that work for them, then the remaining open slots will need to be assigned as needed. First come, first serve for the open slots!

I’d also like to give you a great website to visit maintained by one of our own Jay parents. jcsports.blogspot.com It is updated continually and has timely information. Thanks John Stephenson!!!!
