From the coaches note:
Two-A-Day practices will begin Monday, August 8th, at 8am sharp at the Simonsen practice field (I believe it ends at 10:45am like Tues-Fri). Evening practices will be from 5:30pm to 8:15pm that week. It is essential that players attend two-a-day practices.
