Football Banquet

Regarding proper dress for the football banquet, Grace mentioned the players could wear what they normally wore to out of town games.

She also mentioned that as of 11-18-05 at 8am she had 13 Freshman players committed for their free football banquet tickets and 18 parents.

She mentioned that some have questioned what participation the Freshman boys might have in the banquet. She stated,

"It is an opportunity for our boys to see first hand from the older players in a casual setting what Jay Pride can be all about. True…..the Freshman may not be the limelight of the evening, but they have begun a journey to reach their own endeavors and will be in the Varsity shoes before they know it. We as Freshman players and parents want to show our support for not only ourselves, but for the program. That’s what it’s really all about."
