A Team Warm Up.

A good crowd on hand.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop?

Boy that Tootsie Pop looks good. I would probably have gotten one if it weren't for having that darn root canal today.

I think that one ref is really cute even if he was a bit late.

The coin toss to see who will kick and who will receive. Oops, different season.

Following the game.

Wait a second. I was starting to see a trend, but now something is different. We have cheerleaders....

...and they don't.

Game to start, but the Jays are missing. Unfortunately it seemed to stay that way for the first half.

On their way up.

A scene the kids saw an awful lot of in this game.

Down by 10 after the first quarter.

Straight up. A smart move on defense.

Fast breakin.

Now we know.

Still at the line. Both sides were there much of the night.

Not what we like to see at the half.

Red and Black Spirit. Click the picture to see it in action.

Ready to get back in it.

The Jays intensity picked up in the second half.

Once it got to be 120 to 109, no not the score, the number of fouls, the refs had to check with the scorers table to see if their books had enough room to record anymore fouls.

Takin it up.

West Coach: How much will it cost me to make sure we pull off the win?

From the outside.

Not sure what the coach said at half time, but the boys came out fired up. Things look better going into the fourth quarter.

Count it.

Back to the line.

Just not enough time to make up the difference.

Hey, weren't you standing there at the end of the last game?
The end of another night of basketball.
In the paper:
News Tribune
