Scrimmage shows Jays there's still work to be done

The No. 1 offense wasn't supposed to be stopped. It was.

The No. 1 defense wasn't supposed to be scored on. It was. Twice.

“I thought we went through some adverse situations,” LePage said. “Our offense got stopped and our defense got scored on, and when those two things happened, it seemed like our kids, instead of ducking their heads, they started to bow their necks and accept the challenge.”

Regarding turnovers:

“That's been a big pressing point since the first day of camp,” LePage said. “We were minus-8 last year in turnovers, and you do not want to be minus-8. We want to be plus-20.
