Update on situation

An update on the situation per KOMU:

JEFFERSON CITY - Police say a man is holed up in a house by himself on the 400 block of Stadium Boulevard.

According to the Jefferson City Police Department, police have sent a SWAT team and a police negotiator to the scene. Their goal is to keep all activity out of the area. Police rerouted traffic and moved any activities out of the area. A KOMU News Team is on the scene. Stay tuned to KOMU.com and KOMU News.
