Booster Club meeting Tuesday night—Tuesday, October 9-- @ 7:00 PM in the Film Room in the locker facility at the Stadium!!

Please make an effort to come support the Jays!!!

Football Booster Club President, John Ruth, asked that I send out the following tentative agenda for this meeting!!

· Status of student bus(es) to travel to the Ray-Pec game;

· Review of financial status and fundraising activities at the mid-way point of the season;

· Discussion of the plan for a new football & track complex;

· Straw poll (non-binding) vote on the commitment that the Football Booster Club will be asked to commit to the financing of this complex; (NOTE: Actual binding vote will “probably” be taken at the November meeting.)

· Discussion of plans Senior Parent’s Night (Oct. 26 vs Fort Zumwalt West);

· Discussion of plans for the end of season Jay Football Banquet!

· Other items deemed appropriate by the membership.
