Information was handed out and/or mentioned, such as:
1. Agenda of the meeting
2. Coaching Assignments and Duties
3. Bio information sheet - gives coaches contact information for following up with players and/or parents
4. Goals Sheet - as noted items should be measurable
e.g. Player's family goal was to stay in contact with a sister living overseas. This is basically an open ended goal, that is not very measurable. Changing it to, I will e-mail my sister once a week gives one something quantitative to measure against.

11. Handout for Texting Program
The Jefferson City Jays Football Booster Club Annual Spaghetti Dinner scheduled for Monday, April 27th was also mentioned. It will take place in the High School cafeteria from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Football players will be serving the food. The Stadium will also be open for tours, which will also be conducted by football players.
