Subject: JCPS Homecoming Parade Update 10.1.09

Homecoming Parade News:
(Thursday, October 1, 8:10 a.m.) As of this time, the Jefferson City High School Homecoming Parade is set to go on as scheduled. Participants should plan on the parade taking place at the scheduled time of 6:30 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. parade organizers will evaluate the weather conditions. In the unlikely case that the parade would be cancelled, we will inform the public via email, the district website, text messages to JCHS and Simonsen subscribers, through the local media, and through the use of our Alert Now phone notification system (a call would go to all parent and staff primary phone numbers).
