Football: Jays JV 34, Hickman 15

Brad Allen accounted for three touchdowns as the Jefferson City Jays topped the Hickman Kewpies 34-15 in junior varsity action Monday.

Allen scored on a 14-yard run and threw TD passes to Joe Martin (1 yard) and Gary Jones (40 yards).

Other touchdowns were scored by Ryan Walters on a fumble recovery in the end zone and Aaron Terrill on a 45-yard run. Jared Jones booted a 30-yard field goal.

Nick Helming and Michael Johnson recorded sacks, while Levi Goodin caused a fumble.
