Shutout

The Varsity Jays held Kansas City Central scoreless in their home opener. The final 48-0. The Blue Eagles were finally able to get a first down once the second string defense came in, but when it came down to having the ball 1st and goal on the 1/2 yard line, the second string stepped up to put a stop to Central's touchdown hopes. In the end pushing the Blue Eagles back to about the 7 yard line where the Jays took over on downs.
