One was regarding the new calendar service that the school is utilizing.
My School Calendar http://www.myschoolcalendar.net/ Once there click on Find My School Select the State followed by selecting the High School, then make your selection between sports schedules and school calendar. If you select sports schedules then you can select the sport on the next screen and if it continues to be used for following years, you may have to select which school year.

Football Training Rules
1. Be a Student who works harder in the classroom than you do on the field.
2. No Smoking or use of Drugs, Alcohol or Tobacco.
3. Report to all meetings and practices on time.
4. Eat 3 Meals a Day!
5. Go to bed and get your rest!
6. Discipline problems on the field or in the classroom will not be tolerated.
7. Report all injuries to your coaches ASAP so we can get you medical attention. Never leave the field or locker room if you do not feel well or you are injured without telling a choach adn we can alert your parents or get you medical attention.
8. All absentees must be cleared with Coaches before practices!
9. Any Athlete who EARNS the right to represent Jefferson City Football on a road trip will be dressed in Khaki pants and a game day shirt! No jewelry on trips.
10. Each athlete is responsible for his equipment and is responsible for its return.
11. Follow all school rules in the athletic handbook.

At the bottom of the front page they will find the
"TextJCPS" link - click on that.
Go through the sign up form
If you are already signed up, click on "Check Message Preferences"
at the bottom of the page. You can then
amend your preferences to include as many links as you like.
The main thing is that you choose "JAY Football: Coach LePage Comments".
