Rockhurst's only loss of the season came at the hands of the Blue Springs Wildcats 28-21, but Rockhurst looked past the early season loss as they beat Blue Springs in Sectionals 48-0. In their regular season opener Rockhurst beat Blue Springs South in an ESPN televised game 42-14. Rockhurst is expected to take this game.
