The Jefferson City Jays were up 32 to 7 over Francis Howell at the half and went on to win 46-7.
As the Jags of Ft. Zumwalt West beat DeSmet 35-21, in their sectional game, the Jays will meet Ft. Zumwalt again next Friday night in the State Quarterfinals.
The winner of that game will likely meet Rockhurst. Rockhurst beat Blue Springs 48-0 to advance to the Quarterfinals where they will meet Blue Springs South, which they previously beat on national tv.
