The Jamboree scrimmage proved to be a wake up call as the Jays came out looking much more polished as they romped on McCluer North in their season opener winning 41-10.

Kody Walker rushed for 168 yards and two touchdowns and Brad Turner threw for two scores and ran for another as the Jefferson City Jays thumped the McCluer North Stars 41-10 Friday night at Adkins Stadium.
