Last I heard they had planned for 60 days where they might not be able to work (rain, etc.), but they were 80 at that point and that was a few weeks ago.
It sounds like the backup plan if the Stadium would not be complete in time for the first home game would be to move it to Dwight T. Reed Stadium (Lincoln University's field).
